What should you ask an Oman e-invoicing provider?

Separate software capability from provider appointment and operating responsibility.

Provider responsibilities

Ask who manages invoice exchange, onboarding, testing, status feedback and operational support. Confirm the current country accreditation, scope and contracting entity against the authority’s information.

InvoiceNext and provider infrastructure

InvoiceNext is customer-facing Corner-1 software. Any embedded provider route is subject to executed commercial, technical and Oman regulatory arrangements. We do not represent InvoiceNext as separately OTA-accredited.

Questions before signing

Who signs with the customer? Who is responsible for tax reporting and failures? Where is invoice data processed? What is the onboarding process? What is included in implementation and support? Request written answers for your country.
